in place enable us to work in accordance with all regulatory bodies which govern and monitor organisations providing services within the healthcare marketplace such as CSCI, Criminal Records Bureau, GSCC, NMC, REC plus many more. As an umbrella body of the CRB, HR Care can extend its service to all care organisations regarding the initiation of CRB checks on personnel.
An example of Prerequisites needed for position of Care Worker:
- Minimum of 6 months paid care experience in the UK
- References to verify previous care employment and ability within the position
- Work history verification
- Face to Face interview with appropriately skilled interviewer
- Receipt of enhanced CRB check.
